All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier interface at the time of deposit. receh69 does not charge any fees for standard deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or network may impose separate transaction fees for which receh69 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are available to Users who have completed KYC verification. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the receh69 Account. receh69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

It is your responsibility to verify all details of a bet or game round before committing funds. receh69 will not reverse or cancel a confirmed transaction on the basis of a user's error in stake selection, market selection, or game choice.

receh69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit funds therein, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances resulting solely from verified deposits (net of any bonus entanglement) will be returned to the depositing payment method at receh69's discretion following investigation.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any outstanding verified balance will be processed within the standard withdrawal timeline. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by receh69's negligence, or for any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

receh69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, unless immediate implementation is required by law or regulation.
The current version of this Agreement, marked with the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, is the operative version. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which receh69 is incorporated and licensed to operate.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through receh69's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. receh69 will make reasonable efforts to resolve player disputes fairly and promptly through its customer support and disputes resolution team before any formal proceedings are initiated.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable Malaysian law.
